If you place an order before 9AM, we will arrange same day delivery and you can receive your parcel during 4PM-9PM on the same day. While for orders place after 9AM, you will receive delivery on the next day (Monday to Saturday). However, there are several districts that we do not deliver everyday. Please refer to delivery timetable for details. Also, delivery may be delayed if there is a a high volume of delivery on particular day or if there is a natural disaster.

Delivery time is 4Pm-9PM (Monday to Saturday).

New World Mart Eshop (www.coreanmart.com) accepts credit card, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Octopus, and bank transfer.

For orders above HKD200, you can pick up in store for free.

For orders above HKD300, $39 will be charged for delivery fee.

Free delivery for orders above HKD400! (Until 31st August)

You can send your orders to locations other than your registered delivery address(es).

To change delivery address, click [My account]. You will see a shortcut of [ADDRESSES] on the Dashboard page, then click [Edit] next to SHIPPING ADDRESS. Enter the information into the specified fields and click [SAVE ADDRESS].

All products listed in New World Shopping Mall are available for delivery. However, you can only order not more than 5 packs of bottled water (combined quantity of 500ml*20 and 2L*6) per each single order.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us before delivery. There will be a refund handling fee of 8% charged by payment platform. Also, as BANCHAN products are freshly made everyday, cancellation is not available.

However, if you placed a duplicated order due to website issue, we will not charge for refund fee. New World Mart Eshop reserves the right of final decision.

Refunds can be processed via credit card, bank transfer, membership point or cash.

When you sign up and make a purchase, you’ll earn 1 point for every HKD 100 you spend. 1 point is equivalent to HKD and can be used for payment on our website.

Please click the button “Notify me when available” on the product page, and enter your email address. You will receive a email notice when the product is back in stock.
