• If customers discover any problems with your order, including product condition issues, wrong item(s), or missing item(s), please contact our customer service during office hours within 7 days of shipment arrival and provide your order details and photos. Keep the item(s) in their original packaging and do not unseal them. Our team will get back to you with the follow-up arrangements as soon as possible. Refunds or returns are only available under the above conditions.
• For fresh food (including chilled food, vegetables, rice, and grains), exchange or return is eligible within 2 days of shipment arrival.
  

[Delivery Arrangement]

• Our standard delivery time is between 4~9pm.
  Commercial addresses are accepted for arranging delivery during office hours. However, delivery time cannot be specified for both commercial addresses and other addresses. If you have special time requirements, please contact our customer service within office hours before placing an order. We will attempt to accommodate your request, but fulfilment of your request is not guaranteed and cannot be used as a reason for a request of refund, return or other compensation.
