    바지락 술찜 파스타

    1. 중량: 1팩(819g)
    2. 구성: ①자숙 바지락, ②스파게티면, ③마늘/홍고추/대파, ④베트남고추, ⑤오일소스, ⑥버터, ⑦시즈닝, ⑧화이트 와인소스
    3. 특징: 감칠맛 가득한 국물 속 탱탱한 바지락살이 가득 들어있는 바지락 술찜이에요. 파스타를 함께 구성해 한결 풍성하게 즐길 수 있죠. 

     

     

    조리법

    1. 모든 재료는 냉장 해동해서 준비해 주세요.
    2. 팬을 중불에서 30초간 예열한 뒤 오일 한 스푼(15g)과 모든 채소를 넣고 2분 동안 볶아 주세요.
    3. 불을 강불로 올린 뒤 바지락과 화이트 와인소스를 넣고 1분간 볶아 주세요.
    4. 오일소스, 시즈닝, 물 250mL (종이컵 1컵 반)을 붓고 강불에서 3분간 끓여주세요.
    5. 스파게티면을 넣고 강불에서 2분 동안 더 끓여 줍니다.
      Tip. 청양고추와 청경채를 추가해 보세요. 조금 더 풍성하게 즐길 수 있답니다.
    6. 불을 끈 뒤 버터를 넣고 골고루 섞어주면 완성입니다.
