The wine is golden yellow in colour, a result of its longer ageing. On the nose its intense, with notes of brioche and mature fruits. In mouth it is soft and balanced, showing good structure. The secondary aroma from the ageing dominates, with light toast and hints from yeast. Long and complex finish.
