The Graves is Bordeaux’s oldest appellation and it takes its name from the deep river gravels which form the basis of this famous terroir. Chateau L’Avocat Graves red wine is a concentrated and well structured blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Malolactic fermentation is undertaken in French oak barrels and the wine remains in these barrels for a further 16 months prior to bottling. The vines of Chateau L’Avocat are on the boundary of the village of Cerons approximately 35kms south east of Bordeaux on the river Garonne.
Chef & Taste opened in June 2019
as the first ever Korean marinated meat and Korean hot pot distributor in Hong Kong.
The menu includes what consumers would only see in premium Korean BBQ restaurants. For example, LA-style Short Ribs, Raw Beef Short Ribs, Marinated Beef Short Ribs, Oven-baked Pig Leg, Hand-tossed Beef Meat Loaf to name a few. All of these options are designed to minimize the consumers’ cooking processes. All the meat is marinated so the consumers do not have to wait for it to ripen, whereas all the hot pot, and stews are half-cooked so that consumers may simply bring it home, put it in a pot, and boil just once to enjoy a delicious meal.
