Error:

Fail to change product quantities on the Shopping Cart page.

Cause:

Visiting different language versions of our website with two or more tabs.

E.g.) Tab 1: English website; Tab 2: Korean/Chinese website

Error details:

Fail to update the Shopping Cart or the Checkout page after changing the product quantities. The site speed has become slower.

Solutions (choose either one):

1) Close all the tabs and revisit our website by choosing one language only. (Recommended)

2) Leave one tab in use only and close the other tabs. Press F5 button to refresh or try other pages in our website.
